The third day of the second Test between Bangladesh and Pakistan in Dhaka was canceled out due to a cyclone.

Play at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium was called off around 2:00 p.m., with no likelihood of the weather improving for the rest of the day.

Over the first two days, just 63.2 overs of play were available, with Pakistan scoring 188-2 in their first innings, with skipper Babar Azam batting on 71 and Azhar Ali on 52.

Taijul Islam took both of the wickets that fell.

Pakistan has a 1-0 lead in the two-Test series after winning the first match by eight wickets in Chittagong.
