Global toymaker Mattel is on the hunt for an enthusiastic individual to take on the part-time position of “Chief Uno Player,” tasked with promoting its latest card game, Uno Quatro. The company has taken a unique approach by inviting applicants to apply on TikTok, welcoming wild-card candidates to vie for this exciting opportunity.

The Chief Uno Player will be based in New York for a four-week period starting in September. The responsibilities of the role include playing the new Uno Quatro game for four hours a day, four days a week. This person will also have the exciting opportunity to create and star in social media posts, give interviews, and challenge strangers to partake in the new version of this classic game, which features tiles instead of traditional cards.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and US residents to be considered for the job. The compensation for this coveted role is an impressive $4,444.44 per week (£3,500).
